Production & Operational Footprint
On-Set Directing & Talent Mentorship: Cast and directed first-time teen hosts selected from the Academy’s Careers in Science intern program. Spearheaded extensive on-camera training, pacing guidance, and performance direction to translate complex conservation data into relatable, peer-to-peer scientific communication.
VFX Supervision & Studio Line Producing: Designed, scheduled, and managed all studio green-screen production pipelines. Supervised the visual effects framework on set, ensuring that all physical lighting, camera compositions, and talent movements precisely matched pre-visualized storyboards for subsequent 3D animation integration.
Coordinated Post-Production Engine: Orchestrated a collaborative editorial pipeline utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro. Personally executed core edits, graphics placement, and visual effects comps while managing workflows alongside an internal videographer/editor and an external 3D animation contractor.
Stakeholder & Institutional Alignment: Partnered closely with the lead producer/scriptwriter, internal science advisors, curriculum educators, and philanthropic donors to protect scientific accuracy and brand precision, successfully scaling the assets for global classroom streaming and institutional distribution networks.
